Focus was formed in 2001, with a specific mission: To provide the independent restaurateur a creative, unique and profit generating menu – at an affordable cost.
Founded by a small group of foodservice marketers who knew the ins & outs of the restaurant business, Focus addresses menu design and menu marketing from the operator’s point of view. We’ve grown to include specialists in graphic design, print production, information technologies and customer service – as well as our foodservice marketing core.
